We are a diverse, open and welcoming movement. New members are welcome, and project participation is open to all members. Members participate in organisational decision-making, can choose to join project teams and have early notice and first choice of our training and other events.

We are currently majority -female lead, and members identify as dancers, writers, choreographers, musicians, composers, dance theatre practitioners, painters and actors, multidisciplinary artists, osteopaths and photographers.

At last count we identified as 91% Global Majority, 57% African/Caribbean, 26% Latin/Hispanic, 62% female, 42% non-heteronormative, 35% non-neuronormative and 33% differently able.
